Yes, Automatic Translations requires Recollective AI to be enabled at the site and study level.
Analysts and Moderators have full access to translations by default, with no additional setup required. Clients can view translated responses by default, but they can only export translated data if they have that permission set. Participants do not have access to Auto-Translations just yet.

Translations are processed automatically inside all newly created studies when the feature is enabled. You should enable multi-language support when creating your Study and select the languages you want. After that, just click the language icon beside any text area to switch to the language you wish to see.
Yes, but you will need to contact Recollective helpdesk to request special processing for past studies.
No, Recollective never keeps customer data and does not use your data to train our AI. All data, both in original language and translated language format, remains the property of the customer.
