Recollective Inc. (“Recollective”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the practices that Recollective follows with respect to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of personal information provided to us both on-line and off-line by website users, employees, job applicants, contractors, agents, existing/prospective customers (each “you” or “your”).

Websites accessed from www.recollective.com (“Website”) via hyperlinks or links to other sites may be governed by privacy policies and practices that differ from this Policy. The information practices of other third party websites linked to the Website are not covered by this Policy. You are encouraged to become familiar with the privacy policies and practices of every website you visit prior to disclosing any personal information.

If we propose to use your personal information for a purpose not previously identified, we will identify the new purpose to you prior to our use and confirm your consent in respect of the new purpose as may be required.

Third Party Disclosure

Under no circumstances do we rent or sell personal information to third parties.

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers as part of conducting business in the ordinary course, including to our partners consultants and other service providers, but only: (i) if they agree to abide by this Policy; and, (ii) to the extent necessary to allow them to provide business services or support to Recollective. We may share aggregated or anonymized information with third parties for other purposes. Such information does not identify you individually, but may include usage, viewing and technical information which we collected through our technology. If we are required under applicable law to treat such information as personal information, then we will only disclose it as described above.

Protection of Recollective and Others

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our offering contracts and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Recollective, our employees, our users or others.

Legal Obligations

We may be required or compelled by law to disclose personal information which we
hold about you to certain authorities. In these circumstances we may not be able to advise you that personal information has been disclosed, the nature of the information disclosed or when the disclosure took place.

Retention

Recollective will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal information is not retained beyond the length of time that it takes to fulfill the purpose for which such personal information was collected, unless: (i) otherwise agreed to by you; (ii) you request its deletion in accordance with this Policy; or (iii) as required or permitted by law. We reserve the right to indefinitely retain aggregated information collected about your visit to our Website for review and analysis purposes.

SECURITY

We store your personal information in a secure location that is accessible only by designated staff. We make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. ACCESS, CHANGES AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have a right to request that Recollective change, rectify, complete, erase or restrict
the processing of your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw your
consent (if our processing is based on consent) which however does not affect the
lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal or continued
processing based on other legal grounds.  You have the right to request access and
further information concerning the processing of your information.

To request a copy of your personal information in our possession or to request an
update, modification, or deletion of any personal information maintained by Recollective,
you can contact us at privacy@recollective.com. We will, upon request, update or delete
your personal information, except that we will not be able to update or delete data that
has been archived as part of our normal business operations.

On occasion, we may decline your request for access to personal information within our
possession or control if it would be unreasonable for us to comply with the request in
the circumstances or the information has been collected during the investigation of a
legal matter or cannot be disclosed for other legal reasons. If we deny your request for
access, we will advise you in writing of the reason for our refusal so that you may
decide whether you wish to challenge our decision.

YOUR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE US PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with any personal information. However, your use of our Website may be impacted and we may not be able to provide you with our services if you decide not to do so.

POLICY CHANGES

We may modify or amend this Policy from time to time. When we do so, changes in our Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy. In an effort to keep you informed of changes to this Policy, we will indicate the effective date of the currentlyposted policy at the top of the Policy.
