If you have had the chance to check out our recent year in review, you will know that a lot has changed for us as a company in the last year! We have expanded sales and services, launched live video tools, moved our head office and scaled up our support to meet your research needs.
We are pleased to announce that with the new year, we are also bringing an updated Pre-Launch Check process to support you and your team.
If you have worked with us before, you have likely received at least one Pre-Launch Check review. This review is a complimentary inclusion with each new license.
- A Pre-Launch Check, conducted by one of our expert team members, is a detailed review of your entire Recollective site and study setup.
- We highlight important settings that you may have missed, and on the off chance that we spot any errors in your setup, we indicate exactly where they are and provide the steps for an appropriate fix.
Starting in 2021, to better meet your dynamic study timelines, we will only begin your Pre-Launch Check once you have notified our team that you are ready for review. This will ensure that we do not start the review before you have completed your study setup and are ready to receive our feedback.
To ensure our team has adequate time to complete a thorough review and guarantee delivery before your study's launch, we must be notified at least 1 business day prior to your intended launch date. We know that research can happen at the drop of a hat, so we've made this a flexible deadline. When requested, a Pre-Launch Check will always be completed.
Requests that are received with less than 1 business days notice will be completed in a first come first serve manner and may be delivered after the initial launch of the study.
Recollective Pre-Launch Checks have received a makeover!
In addition to completing the Pre-Launch Check review when requested, we are pleased to offer an updated, optimized review design to better communicate which items require your attention. Each item we point out to you will be classified as low, moderate or critical in severity.
- To ensure a successful study, critical issues should be addressed prior to launch.
- Moderate items may have a noticeable impact on your study so we recommend that these items be reviewed prior to launch as well.
- Low items, while not necessary to implement before launch, will be noted to help you improve your present and future setup so you can get the most out of using Recollective.
Based on the number of items and the potential impact that each could have, we will also give an overall recommendation on whether or not we believe the study is ready for a successful launch!
How do you request a Pre-Launch Check review?
Requesting a Pre-Launch Check review is easy! All you need to do is get in touch with our team. The quickest way to do this is by simply following the new in-platform guidance when you are ready to do so:
