As comprehensive as it is, the included training doesn't cover some of the more advanced ways in which Recollective can be used. So, for researchers who want to really double-down on including online methodologies in their portfolio of services, we've developed Recollective’s certification program!
Whether you’re an experienced online researcher familiar with Recollective or new to the industry and online platforms, Recollective certification is the quickest and most assured way to take your capabilities to the next level.
Recollective Certification offers three course options, each one tailored to a different role in the market research industry:
Expert is designed for researchers who want to master all aspects of Recollective. This will reduce programming time on future studies, eliminate QuickStart costs and maximize your technology investment. The Expert course is most suitable for researchers who run DIY studies and handle everything from setup and programming, through to analysis and reporting.
Recruiter is designed for partners that want to expand their services by learning how to screen, on-board and manage participants using Recollective. This course will help you provide a superior level of participant management to end clients by doing follow-ups directly in Recollective and will also give you status as a preferred recruiting partner in our extended network.
Moderator (Coming Soon!) is designed for researchers that want to focus on the tools essential for moderation, analysis and reporting in short-term studies. This will streamline study management, improve engagement, analysis and reporting to achieve faster and more compelling insights. The Moderator course is the best option for researchers who start their engagement with the platform AFTER the study has been launched and are not involved in the initial setup and programming.
The courses combine online learning, quizzes, practical exercises and a final test to make sure you achieve the high standard necessary for certification. You can self-pace and no previous experience with Recollective is needed to enroll.
- The Expert course takes 3-5 full days to complete the course material, upload a sample participation file, program a research guide and pass a final exam.
- The Recruiter course takes one full day to complete the course material, upload a participant file and pass a final exam.
- The Moderator course is slightly shorter and takes 2-3 days to complete the course material and the final exam.
We recommend completing your selected course over two weeks to balance your time and to ensure a sound understanding of the course materials in preparation for the final exam.
Certification is valid for 12 months after which you will be asked to re-certify to ensure that you remain up-to-date with all the latest changes in the platform.
While Certified you are licensed to use the Recollective Certification badge on your website and in marketing content. You will also have access to and become part of an expanding global community of qualitative research professionals.
