Each year we have the pleasure of presenting a webinar to the American Marketing Association. On Tuesday, we delivered a session with Lenny Murphy from GreenBook on "Bringing the Best of In-Person Research - Online".

Within this session, we explored the current trends in qualitative research and the benefit of integrating multiple techniques into online research design. This session took a close look at the value of Video IDI and how it can be integrated into short-term and long-term insight communities.

More specifically, the webinar also addressed:

  • The benefits of online vs. in-person research
  • Advantages of asynchronous & synchronous research
  • Use cases of Video IDI in short & long-term communities
  • How technology can help streamline the participant and moderator experience

If you missed the session or would like another chance to watch it, we've provided a copy of the video below. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like more information on how Recollective and Video IDI can be incorporated into your research design. We have a Research Services team on staff that would be happy to help guide you on best practices.

We look forward to hearing from you!
