We're all stunned that this incredible year is already coming to a close! We've had another record-breaking twelve months. Just some of the highlights include:
Recollective Inc.
In October we officially changed our corporate name to Recollective Inc. to better reflect the company's focus on the Recollective platform. Along with the name change, we updated our website and added a wealth of resources including case studies, webinars and articles based on how our incredible customers are using Recollective.
Research Services
We're thrilled to have added Laura Pulito to lead this new team. Focused on helping customers source recruits or research partners, this team is leading the charge on some great new initiatives. For example, we recently announced our first Recollective Certified Partner, Echo MR, and are excited to roll the program out more widely in 2020 along with a new Activity Library of best practice research study templates.
Expanded Customer Support Team
We've always taken great pride in the service we offer to customers as standard. With Lia, Sam and Arthur now joining the team, we're even better placed to extend that service in 2020.
Going Global!
We've expanded our sales organization with a new subsidiary in the US and a presence in the UK. We attended more conferences in 2019 than ever before and we're starting 2020 at the QRCA US conference in January and Quirks conference in London in Feb 2020 - we'd love to meet you there!
More Recollective Functionality
Our CPO has written his annual summary of all the new functionality we introduced into Recollective in 2019. We've added some great new features including screen-recording, revamped live group chat, chart customizations, 2FA, scales & allocations and more. Stay tuned for a massive release in Jan/Feb too.
More Customers, More Projects, More Fun!
We ran almost 2,500 projects in 2019, covering countries from the US and Europe to as far afield as Australia and China. Hundreds of thousands of participants completed tens of millions of tasks in Recollective on mobile and desktop, uploading countless hours of video in the process.
It's staggering how much research is being done on Recollective now and we'd like to say a huge thank you to every one of our customers for your trust and support. We can't wait for the next year and look forward to continuing these great partnerships!
