As the saying goes, the only constant in life is change. As researchers, we must learn to adapt to new technologies and change our methodologies accordingly.

After determining that over the phone interviews were not an adequate way to collect the level of insights they needed, Western Governors University (WGU) began searching for a new research approach that would better fit into the busy lives of their students and alumni while also better aligning with the online experience their University provides.

After evaluating a variety of online qualitative research tools, Recollective was selected due to the platform's robust functionality, features and versatility, all of which ultimately led to a better experience for the research team and students, resulting in more in-depth responses and richer insights.

On March 10th, we held a webinar session to talk through the specifics of this case study at a webinar series hosted by ESOMAR.

If you missed the presentation or would like to watch it again, we provided a copy of the video below so you can learn more about how WGU was able to determine that they wanted to use a new online tool, how they integrated a new research approach and the challenges they faced during this process.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like more information about how you can transition your current research strategy online using Recollective.
