Sales Development Representative

Recollective is searching for talented Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join us as we create a new future in social research software. As a part of the SDR team, you will be perfectly positioned to make a significant contribution to the future of our company. With responsibility for making first contact with our future customers, SDR's manage outbound email lead generation campaigns, conduct qualification calls and may occasionally give product demonstrations.

Recollective currently has openings for full-time Sales Development Representatives (SDR).

Responsibilities

  • Follow the established email lead generation process, making suggestions for improvement wherever possible to process and campaign content.
  • Review and cleanse supplied lists for lead generation campaign and work with SDR Manager and list suppliers.
  • Conduct follow up emails and call with prospects to qualify their interest and fit for Recollective's software products. This may include short demonstrations of the software and gathering information about the prospects' business models.
  • Liaise with Sales Account Executives to handover qualified prospects for closing.
  • Communicate regularly with the SDR Manager and senior management team to provide status updates and develop ideas for new lead generation campaigns.

Required skills and experience

  • Demonstrated capability for strong organizational skills and adherence to process.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively track and manage personal targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior individuals across a wide range of industries and disciplines.
  • Experience with email and customer marketing software (such as HubSpot, MailShake and Salesforce), development of lead generation campaigns and sequences.
  • Experience in a SDR role or sales role at a high tech company.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing or business management considered a strong an asset.
  • Preference given to candidates with:
    • Fluency in Spanish or French language
    • Experience of the Marketing Research Industry.
