Research Services Specialist

Recollective is searching for a talented Research Services Specialist to join our Customer Enablement team. This exciting new role at Recollective blends research services and customer project management.

Reporting to the Vice President, Research Services, you will function as a liaison between Recollective and our customers to manage their day-to-day research service project requests. In addition to that core responsibility, you will provide expert advice for research design and use of Recollective, act as an internal expert assisting with generation of marketing content and support pre-sales efforts as needed.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, have a passion for research design, superb communication and a strong ability to engage and support customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Recollective’s external partners to source estimates and project manage research services offered to customers
  • Provide expert research guidance on how to successfully setup and manage research projects and which partners to work with for best results
  • Review screeners and activity guides, optimizing for online community participation, engagement and insight generation
  • Provide ongoing client support in field and make recommendations to ensure project success
  • Provide support to the sales teams with recommendations and best practices to help Recollective secure new business opportunities
  • Assist in developing content and marketing materials including case studies, website content, blogs, resource articles, webinars, etc.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new department initiatives
  • Attend conferences and industry events, as needed
  • Share customer insights with managers and product team to better address future user requirements and needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of recent experience in a marketing research role and demonstrable knowledge of marketing research, qualitative methodologies and online data collection is essential
  • Demonstrated capability for running online qualitative studies and communities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior individuals across a wide range of industries
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to changing organizational demands
  • Degree or diploma in a research-related field is considered an asset
