Recollective currently has openings for full-time Implementation Consultants to work out of its Gatineau office.

Recollective is searching for talented Implementation Consultant to join us as we create a new future in social research software. As a part of our growing team, you will be the primary liaison between Recollective and our research clients with responsibility for project managing the implementation and support of client research programs on the Recollective platform. The role may also include working with clients to train research staff, optimize study designs for execution on Recollective and occasionally to program those study guides on behalf of a client.


  • Manage the Recollective trial process, giving prospective clients an early opportunity to use the software as part of a structured review prior to an agreed sale.
  • Confirm scope, initiate the creation of new Recollective sites and follow the Recollective implementation process to launch new client sites.
  • Deliver training to Recollective clients.
  • Manage Service projects to implement Recollective for clients which may include integrating external systems and managing or completing "QuickStart" configuration exercises
  • Conduct pre-launch and mid-study reviews of client sites and liaise with clients to make recommendations to improve their experience and results.
  • Provide ongoing telephone support to clients during their live phase.
  • Liaise with Recollective's engineering team and document customer experiences and feedback.
  • Provide expert research and implementation guidance to clients or internal sales and marketing teams as required.

Required skills and experience

  • Demonstrated capability for strong organizational skills and adherence to process.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior individuals across a wide range of industries and disciplines.
  • Outstanding customer support skills with a strong attention to detail, able to work proactively and rapidly to resolve client issues.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a team in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing organizational demands.
  • Degree or diploma in a research-related field is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS considered an asset.
