Implementation Consultant

Recollective is searching for talented Implementation Consultants to join us as we create a new future in social research software. As a part of our growing team, you will be the primary liaison between Recollective and our clients with the responsibility for project managing the implementation and support of client research projects on the Recollective platform.

The role includes working directly with clients to train research staff, optimize study designs for execution on Recollective and occasionally program those research guides on behalf of a client.

As part of our commitment to a safe working environment during the COVID-19 pandemic, Recollective currently has openings for full-time Implementation Consultants working remotely from home. The head office is currently relocating from Gatineau, QC to downtown Ottawa, Ontario during the Fall of 2020.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-launch reviews of client sites and liaise with clients to make recommendations to improve their experience and results.
  • Project manage the QuickStart service package. As project manager the role includes research guide assessment / consultation, programming the guide directly into Recollective and onboarding participants.
  • Implementing multiple, concurrent projects where you provide expert research and implementation guidance to clients.
  • Provide online and telephone support to clients
  • Deliver training to Recollective clients
  • Liaise with Recollective's engineering team and document customer experiences and feedback.
  • Occasionally update the platforms knowledge base and create written content as needed

Required skills and experience

  • Outstanding customer support skills with a strong attention to detail, able to work proactively and rapidly to resolve client issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with experienced professionals across a wide range of industries and disciplines.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing organizational demands.
  • Demonstrated capability for strong organizational skills and adherence to process.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Fluency in multiple languages considered an asset.
  • Degree or diploma in a research-related field is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS considered an asset.
