Ramius currently has openings for full-time Implementation Analysts to work out of its Gatineau office.

Ramius is searching for talented Implementation Analyst to join us as we create a new future in social research software. As a part of our growing team, you will work with Implementation Consultants to implement and support client research programs on the Recollective platform and provide first-line support.

  • Follow the Ramius implementation process to initially setup and launch new client sites.
  • Liaise and work with an internal Implementation Consultant to review and then program research guides into Recollective for clients as a "QuickStart"
  • Coordinate the upload of participant data files into Recollective by liaising with recruiting partners.
  • Liaise with Implementation Consultants to gather evidence for software bugs and to document them for handover to QA team.
  • Contribute to create new help documentation and update existing online articles.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated capability for strong organizational skills and adherence to process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated strong ability to work proactively with a team of colleagues.
  • Strong customer support skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing organizational demands.
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS considered an asset.
