Digital Marketing Manager

Recollective is searching for an experienced Manager to join our marketing team and be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing initiatives. With a particular focus on online marketing, you will grow our presence and global brand recognition using organic and paid search, industry directories, digital content, social media management and your own innovative ideas.

This role requires a confident marketer who is comfortable with executing at both a hands-on and management level. With superior communication skills, a well-developed understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to track ROI, you'll advise Recollective's senior management team and be given the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, then implement an action plan to meet Recollective's critical business objectives and drive an increase in customer demand
  • Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality content and serve as one of the core editors for blog articles, guides, customer-facing case studies and more
  • Assist in developing content for use by the Recollective sales teams including case studies, competitor analysis, positioning and core messaging, etc.
  • Conduct social and content monitoring of competitors on an ongoing basis
  • Manage a growing team of Digital Marketing Content Specialists to create and update content across relevant platforms with an engaging and consistent brand tone
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and improving return on investment for marketing initiatives
  • Brainstorm new digital marketing growth strategies to connect with our defined target audience personas
  • Help identify the latest trends, insights and technologies affecting our industry
  • Assist in the development and implementation of all new marketing initiatives
  • Attend conferences and industry events, as needed
  • Share customer insights with managers and product team to better address future user requirements and needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of recent experience as a digital marketer or marketing strategist is essential. Be prepared to provide clear examples of how your direct management led to significant measurable success
  • Degree in marketing, communications or business management
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior individuals across a wide range of industries and disciplines
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment, work independently, and effectively track and manage personal targets
  • Proven track record of innovation and a willingness to experiment and rapidly pivot to adapt to changing organizational demands
  • Deep familiarity with SEO and organic search best practice, paid search strategy and management, customer engagement and marketing performance reporting
  • Experience with email and customer marketing software (Pardot, Mailchimp and Salesforce)
  • Preference given to candidates with B2B marketing experience or knowledge of the market research industry
