Digital Marketing Content Specialist

Recollective is searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team and be responsible for the management of content development and communication strategies as we continue to grow our brand presence across the industry.

This role will require a content marketer with superior writing skills who can communicate our product offering in a compelling and comprehensive manner to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, have a passion for marketing research and software and demonstrate superb communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement and manage a multi-channel content and communication plan to enhance strategic business objectives and demand generation campaigns
  • Coordinate the production of high-quality content and serve as one of the core editors for blog articles, guides, customer-facing case studies and more
  • Assist in developing content for use by Recollective sales teams including case studies, competitor analysis, positioning and core messaging, etc.
  • Curate and maintain an editorial calendar in partnership with the marketing and customer enablement teams
  • Conduct social and content monitoring of competitors on an ongoing basis
  • Create and update content across relevant platforms with an engaging and consistent brand tone (social platforms, corporate website, email campaigns, market research directories, etc.)
  • Continuously track key content engagement metrics and create action plans to strategically improve performance over time
  • Brainstorm new digital marketing growth strategies to connect with our defined target audience personas
  • Help identify the latest trends, insights and technologies affecting our industry
  • Assist in the development and implementation of other new department initiatives
  • Attend conferences and industry events, as needed
  • Share customer insights with managers and product team to better address future user requirements and needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a digital marketing, content marketing, copywriting or related position is essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior individuals across a wide range of industries and disciplines
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment, work independently, and effectively track and manage personal targets
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to changing organizational demands
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and copywriting strategies
  • Experience with email and customer marketing software considered a bonus (such as Pardot, Mailchimp and Salesforce)
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or business management considered a strong asset
  • Preference given to candidates with B2B marketing experience or knowledge of the market research industry
