Customer Training Specialist Role

As a Customer Training Specialist, you are a Recollective software expert and highly effective communicator, able to simplify and explain complex software functionality and describe research best practices to our global customers.

As a core member of the Customer Enablement team, you will interact with customers each day by email, phone or live video session to provide live training and other solutions to meet their research needs. You will maintain and expand the library of online Recollective training content, help articles and other customer learning resources.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live online training sessions to customers on all aspects of the Recollective software platform and maintain ongoing communication to ensure all follow up questions are answered
  • Develop a calendar of events for regular best practice webinars and deliver those sessions to support customers and prospects
  • Support the maintenance and delivery of the Recollective Certification program
  • Support other Customer Enablement or company initiatives as required
  • Update and expand the Recollective help articles and pre-recorded training webinars, help resources and associated customer communications
  • Document customer experiences and formal feedback to collaborate with and support Recollective's product, sales and service teams
  • Contribute to Recollective’s growing library of customer-facing marketing content as needed

Requirements

  • University or College degree or diploma in any discipline
  • Written and spoken fluency in English language is essential. Fluency in multiple languages, in particular Spanish and French, is strongly preferred
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional customer-facing or technical support role for a software company
  • Ability to empathize with the customer and provide an exceptional training experience
  • Experience leading live video and screen sharing sessions
  • Self-starter that is able to work independently, effectively and committed to continuous learning
