Accountant & Office Manager Role

Recollective is searching for a talented Accountant / Office Administrator to join our Finance & Administration team. As a part of this growing, critically important team, you will be responsible for supporting our Manager, Finance & Administration with a wide range of duties, from invoicing customers to accounts receivables. Concurrent with those finance responsibilities, you will assist with office administrative tasks.

  • Work closely with the Manager, Finance & Administration and other key members within the company
  • Assist in general accounting duties including, but not limited to:
    • Entry of supplier invoices and daily payments received
  • Customer invoicing
    • Reconciling general ledger accounts and accounts receivables
    • Resolving customer inquiries with accounts receivables
    • Communicating directly with customers on issues of collection
    • Assist with month end closing
  • Greeting office visitors and other general reception duties
  • Coordinate travel, meeting, and company event arrangements
  • Track and maintain office supplies and general equipment inventory
  • Assist where needed across the company


  • Prior accounting experience required
  • Attention to detail, high focus on quality of work
  • Excellent knowledge of Google suite and Microsoft suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently and effectively meet with C-Level and Director level contacts
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, fluency in English is essential
