Account Representative (Inside Sales)

Recollective is searching for an ambitious Account Representative to join our core Accounts Management team. As a part of this growing, critically important team, you will be responsible for servicing and expanding the business conducted with existing Recollective customer accounts. The role may also include attending industry conferences.

Role responsibilities

  • Work within our Accounts Management team to respond to enquiries from existing customers and to create contracts for new or upgrade licenses.
  • Perform post-sales call activities to ensure client satisfaction and proper use of the company's products and services, with the aim of expanding use of Ramius software and services within the customer base.
  • Collaborate with managers and SDR or Business Development teams to plan and execute new sales campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular end-of-project calls and Account Health Checks for customers to identify areas for improvement in their use of Recollective and expand revenue.
  • Share customer insights with product leadership to better address future user requirements and needs

Education, training and experience requirements

  • 1-3 years of recent experience in customer service or sales
  • Minimum 2-year college diploma, with preference being given to candidates holding a University degree in business/sales & marketing
  • Effective time management skills and proven ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently and effectively meet with C-Level and Director level contacts
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, fluency in English an essential
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Corporate Sales experience with a recognized systems integrator or technology vendor
