Outbound Sales Executive

Ramius currently has openings for full-time Outbound Sales Executives to work out of its Gatineau office.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Prospect for new clients using online resources, cold calling, referrals, or other local marketing programs
  • Engage in high-volume sales activities including prospecting phone calls and email campaigns
  • Generate new customers and business via solution-based sales presentations
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proper use of the company's products and services
  • Conduct regular demos and meetings with clients, networking and other promotional events
  • Share customer insights with product leadership to better address user requirements and needs
  • Perform post-sales call activities as an adjunct to outside sales to ensure customer awareness, satisfaction, and the proper use of the products and services, and to drive future business from existing customers
Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of recent experience in high-tech sales
  • Minimum 2-year college diploma, with preference being given to candidates holding a University degree in business/sales & marketing
  • Effective time management skills and proven ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet with C-Level and Director level contacts
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, fluency in English a must
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Corporate Sales experience with a recognized systems integrator or technology vendors
