Sales Account Executive

Ramius currently has openings for full-time Sales Executives to work out of its Gatineau office.

Ramius is searching for an ambitious Account Executive to join our core new business development unit. As a part of this growing, critically important team, you will be responsible for taking qualified prospects over the finish line to become satisfied Recollective customers. The role may also include working with key client accounts to expand into new geographies as part of wider business development opportunities and attending industry conferences.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Work with our team of SDRs to accept newly qualified prospects and convert them into new customers by providing information, software demonstrations and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with managers and SDR team to plan new sales campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Perform post-sales call activities to ensure client satisfaction and proper use of the company's products and services, with the aim of expanding use of Ramius software and services within the customer base
  • Conduct regular demos and meetings with clients, networking and other promotional events
  • Share customer insights with product leadership to better address future user requirements and needs
Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of recent experience in high-tech sales
  • Minimum 2-year college diploma, with preference being given to candidates holding a University degree in business/sales & marketing
  • Effective time management skills and proven ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently and effectively meet with C-Level and Director level contacts
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, fluency in English a essential
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Corporate Sales experience with a recognized systems integrator or technology vendor
